Orders & Story Experiences
The Last Correspondence creates and sells immersive story experiences delivered through physical mail and, in some cases, digital content.
Delivery timelines may vary based on production schedules, availability, and postal service performance. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Founder's List
Joining the Founder's List does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or future purchase rights.
Returns & Refunds
Digital editions are delivered immediately and are not refundable. Mailed editions may be cancelled for a full refund before the first letter is mailed; after the first mailing the order is final and the remaining letters continue on schedule. Damaged, lost, or incorrect deliveries are replaced at no charge when reported within fourteen (14) days. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All stories, letters, documents, photographs, artwork, designs, packaging, artifacts, and other content created by The Last Correspondence are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No portion of our products may be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or shared without prior written permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate our business, fulfill orders, communicate with customers, and provide updates to subscribers.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
