Orders & Story Experiences
The Last Correspondence creates and sells immersive story experiences delivered through physical mail and, in some cases, digital content.
Delivery timelines may vary based on production schedules, availability, and postal service performance. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Preorders & Founder's List
Some products may be offered as preorders prior to release. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.
Joining the Founder's List does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or future purchase rights.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or is not received.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date.
